Job Description:
Production Specialist
Responsibilities:
-Manufacturing pre-rolls -Packaging pre-pack flower -Packaging orders for delivery transfer -Manifest delivery and METRC cooardination -Experience in utilizing METRC system a plus -Maintining inventory and ordering of packaging materials - Operate and maintain production equipment in a cannabis warehouse setting - Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary - Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a cannabis warehouse or production environment is preferred - Familiarity with pre-roll production equipment a plus - Ability to read and interpret Metrc documents and Manifests - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Good communication skills Note:
