Spanish Teacher (Housing Included)

Teach 5 classes in a schedule of 7 periods, including all elements of planning, implementation, and assessment.
Lead/assist with experiential learning programming as assigned Serve as an advisor or co-advisor for 7-9 students, providing guidance in academic, extracurricular, social, and personal areas, and serve as the point of contact for parents.
Work on a duty team, covering one evening per week in the dorm and every fifth weekend on campus.
Lead or assist with an afternoon activity or sport in 2 out of 3 seasons.
Attend school functions:
community meetings, all school dinners, and other special events.
Complete grades/comments, advisor letters, and other forms of academic communication in a timely, professional manner.
Promote the development of character, community, and curiosity in all dealings with students, including enforcing school rules.
Pursue opportunities for professional growth on an annual basis.
Able to supervise and drive students in school-owned 12-14 passenger vehicles to off-campus events.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Other duties as assigned.
